If you are dissatisfied with your air filter(s) for any reason, Filters 2 Your Door will either replace the air filter(s) at no charge or refund the amount paid for the previous month of service in dispute. Requests must be made directly to Filters 2 Your Door at CustomerService@Filters2YourDoor.com. All requests must be made within fifteen (15) days of the Filters 2 Your Door shipment date. Promptly following Filters 2 Your Door’s receipt of your request, Filters 2 Your Door (typically within five (5) business days) will credit the amount paid for the Product to the credit card used to make the original purchase or ship another air filter(s) that you’ve selected to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Filters 2 Your Door does not control when a specific credit card company processes a credit transaction.
Filters 2 Your Door will not provide a refund or a replacement for a request that is received by Filters 2 Your Door more than fifteen (15) days after the date of original shipment. Filters 2 Your Door also does not provide a refund or replacement for returned Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
